Alright! Bozo-zokus.............. Lived in Japan for a few years. Bozo-zoku closely translates into "crazy wild drivers". The late night motorcycle clubs that terrorize the streets of the big cities as well as the low rider "cruisers" from the 80's and 90's have progressed into this. Same people ride crammed commuter trains to work each day, work 12-16 hours a day, and live in 10 x 10 apartments where you hang out the futons during the day so you can eat in the same room (with Grandma, grandpa, etc.). Some do the same with their huge dumptrucks, too. See the movie "Black Rain" with Michael Douglas? That was very realistic of life there. They don't drive their cars very much, so I guess that's how they get away with these radical nightmares. Move over Mad Max. Love the one with the 8 foot tailpipes. That'd be a big hit in Detroit!
Somebody please help!!   :error: I can't catch my breath!    :error:
those front spoilers are so they can scoop up the road kill without getting out of the car................ you will see them on everyone in Kentucky's car next year once the word gets out. Kinda looks like the cars my son builds outta Legos, maybe he could get a job over there designing cars once he gets out of kindergarten.
bunch of crap Thats why Im proud to be an american.......( you canadians are cool too ) Id love to roll up next to one of those rediculous pieces of junk in my buick..... Id rather pay the 25 asians it would take to push my buick down the highway, than drive something that looks like that.....
   Couldn't stop   (it took 20 minutes before I even could reply.....)
Look what I found elsewhere on his site! http://tanetane92.web.infoseek.co.jp/20040606scn.html A BUNCH of old chevys and American pickups, and THIS: I'd never have guessed these things would make their way to Japan!
Most of the American cars originally belonged to people stationed there in the service and left behind. US has some huge military bases there. They sell them back and forth and eventually most get left behind. Yakusa (mafia) boys usually have them as no one else can afford the licensing fee. You wouldn't believe the big Motorcycles there from the 50's-70's. They're mostly illegal and not licensed. I see a lead sled 49-51 Merc in the background, too.
This is my favorite. Inventive but not over the top. I can't believe they had a car show in the rain. Around here if it hints at raining attendence is down 60%. And people brang about water never touching their car in a decade.
see the black car first pictureon the right hand side... what kind of car is that i have seen some around but never knew what they where anyone know??
This one? Thats a Ford Falcon from the mid 70's. They made them in Australia as right hand drive cars. You probably saw one in the Mad Max movies.
