Hi guy's and gal's, I have been in contact with Gibsons steakhouse about putting together a dinner party for the F.A.S.T.AND P/S family and friends... It will cost around a 100.00 dollars a head with a cash bar.. I will be giving a 500.00 dollar deposit to hold the room this week.. I would like to get some type of head count.. I would love to attend with at least 1 guest. I am not in the FAST display but, I will have a car there. I was waiting till Nov 1 to make a reservation and now this sounds even better.
It is getting close and I have been told my Gold 4 speed will be ready to unveil at MCACN. It is a long ride with one car let alone 2. On top of that the 4 speed car looks exactly like the FAST racer. Same colors,etc. Only difference is it the FAST car is an Automatic and has far fewer options. If the 4speed is not ready I would gladly and love to take the racer, I appreciate the offer. I probably wont know for a few weeks if the car will indeed be done. As I said I spoke with the restorer (Mark Reeves at Then and Now Auto) today and he says the car will be there. At least that's the plan. ray: I will keep you updated and call when I get a chance. Update, The room is reserved for fifty people, Looks like we will have around that number.. Donny and myself will be selling tickets Friday and Saturday at the show or where ever you see us.. The price is 100 to 110 dollars per person ( I will have exact number later ) This will include; Cocktails. Salad dinner your choice; Steak Salmon Pasta Chicken Sides; potato vegetable Desert; With Coffee and Tea.. Should be a nice time..
Here is the deal for Saturday night at Gibson's steak house.. It will be 90.00 a head CASH BAR!!.. To have a full open bar was going to cost 140.00 per. for the non drinkers it was to much.. If you are still interested I need a head count by TOMORROW.. This will include: four course meal, tax and tip.. Should be a good time.. See you there..
