Choke needed for a 69 Stage 1

I would love to find a 1384489, but I will accept another part number that will work properly. I'm less concerned about the part number than the functionality, so if someone has a NOS or good used 68-69 big block choke that will fix my problem, I'm all ears. Thanks for any input. Mike

 

My 70 455 engine that I'm building came with all 68-69 430 stuff on the top I'll try and see what the numbers are on it tomorrow when I get back home.

 

Got this in a trade. Brand new in the box. Grp 3.750 part # 1384489. Believe this is 4 speed only. Price is $250 shipped. Part is located in NY.
