I thought that feature was turned off a while ago to conserve bandwidth - though I might be thinking of something else.
Frank, I didn't turn anything on or off for anyone. In your UserCP section, you should be able to go to your Edit Signature section, then scroll down to the Signature Image section, where you set it up. I have no idea if this is available for everyone, but it appears to be. If yours doesn't work for some reason, I have no powers to change anything, that would be an Admin thing.
