Do 430's and 400's suffer from core shift like the 455's?

Less of an issue with 430 and 455 due to smaller bore. Also, some of the tooling may have seen better days during the 455 runs.

Is the main webbing any thicker on the 400 and 430 blocks? Did they try to make the 455 engines even lighter?

  6. the 400's have the thickest cylinder walls of them all because they were also designed for the 430 bore
