Runs and drives great. New windshield, resealed back glass. The car has no leaks. The trunk WAS leaking and has some rust on the floor. No rust in the passenger compartment, fenders, doors or quarter panels. Period correct 327 engine with a turbo 350 upgrade. Nice firm shift. Shiftworks detent plate. It comes with the original 2-speed Power-glide transmission that was leaking from the shift seal if you want it. Tilt wheel, four wheel power drum brakes, P/S as was stock in 1965. New duel reservoir master cylinder upgrade with in-line tube plumbing and new brake hoses.
It is missing the rear corner molding trim and a couple emblems. It is a true SS car. It has an open 12 bolt rear with 3.23 gears. The tire are a little old. Nice set of Ultra wheels. The car would have originally had SS wheel covers. Someone put a light coat of primer on the whole car. That's how I received it. Everything works except one horn and the windshield washer. All of the light, Everything else works, even the clock. The car sat for a long time. Last registry was 1980 until I registered it. It was in a garage when I bought it, estate sale not running. It needs paint, weather strips and interior redone to be good again. The color is mist blue. Clean title in my name. Drive it home. I'll be happy to text more pictures and answer questions via texting. I might miss a call but leave a message and I'll call you back.

So here is the deal, this thing is a big project and still needs lots of work. It looks way better in these pictures but it still needs alot of rust repair. But with alittle elbow grease it could be a solid bare bones daily driver. Now that we have that out of the way here are the bullet points.

350 small block that smokes attached to a th350 that has a rear output seal leak

One rear brake sticks alittle, needs a new wheel cylinder

Tires are pretty much brand new

New shocks front and air shocks in the back

New floor pans with fresh leather seats

Body has rust but frame is solid

Only selling because I have gotten bitten by the dirt bike bug, may trade for the right one

Text for more pictures or questions

The 65 Impala SS would be worth saving; it has a fair bit of potential and the ROI is a lot better than a comparable Buick of the era.

Location drives price. All of those cars could be near double the prices elsewhere. A long haul to go get them.
