I have a set, both front and rear, of the vintage Cragar Super Tricks. They have both 4 1/2 and 4 3/4 bolt pattern on them. Fronts are 15 x 4 and the rears are 15 x 10. Rears have 6 1/2 in back spacing. They are in very nice shape. Asking $750 plus shipping. Thanks Mark

If you decide to separate, I’d be interested in the 15x4’s

I had these on my 70 GS with 28 x 12.5 x 15 Mickey Thompson ET Streets. These tires have a 10" wide tread, if that helps.

Do you have the center caps / are they available?

I will have to check on the center caps as I actually have two sets of these rims, but I don't think I have two sets of the center caps, but I will check. [IMG]

I’m curious how they would fit. Is 10” too wide for these tires?

here are the street slicks that I ran in the picture , from the Summit website
Mickey Thompson ET Street R Bias-Ply Tires 90000031239
My tires dimensions are: Height - 28.00 Section Width - 12.60 Tread Width 10.10 Your tires are: Height 27.30 Section Width 10.80 Tread Width 8.60 which is why they work good on an 8" rim. My tire has a nice flat foot print on a 10" rim. If you look at alot of the fast drag radial cars, this is what they attempt to achieve. Alot of times the sidewall is nearly straight up and down, no bulge. I did run a set of 28 x 13.50 x 15 tires on these rims to see if I could gain any traction (with stock suspension) but I actually think it hurt, as there was too much foot print. I have not tried any of the drag radials since the car has been parked while building a new engine, and helping my son break into the racing scene with another car we campaign.

So do you feel my slicks are not wide enough to fit? I like the rims and weight savings for the track.

They will be fine on a 10in wheel

Tires generally work better when you stretch them out a little they certainly last longer

    Thanks Ethan.

Hey Mark, can you give me the weight of a front and a rear wheel?

I’m strongly considering this set up now.

    Thanks, MarkO

MarkO, if you look at pics of Scat and Thumper, both have Supertricks on them. Best wheels I've run and the lightest.Polish them for a real nice look, they'll polish up like a mirror.I think the fronts weigh 7lb.

Hi Gary, they do look great on there. The weight savings is what I’m mainly looking for and keeping a period look. I love the steelies and dogs on there at the track and I haven’t been asked to take the caps off yet. I think between the wheels and tires I currently race with , 15/8 steels all four corners and big 245/60/15 front tires, switching to these I would shave 50+ lbs off the front and some off the back.
