I just received my invite to this car show. Supposed to be for the top 50 muscle cars in the county. I am very pleased
Very cool. So honest question, what is the process for the powers that be to whittle down to the final list of the "top 50 muscle cars" in the entire country? In order to be accurate, that has to be one crazy process one would think.
There is a local company, that sells auto parts, which sends out a small crew, 2 or 3 people, who attend the car shows and photograph cars that interest them. As far as I know from previous selections (last year), the team with their boss reviews the photos and make the selection. Any special criteria? There is no selection by judging or awarding points to reach a conclusion but maybe some personal preference is also involved. I have a friend whose '56 Ford (a great car) was not selected and he is not happy. I will attempt to photograph and make my own judgement call. Then again, I am happy to be selected. I have a feeling that my Buick may be the only one there, but I hope there are more.
Shawn I think it's a county-wide show not a country-wide show. That should make paring it down to 50 a little easier.
