IT IS A LIGHTLY USED CUSTOM BUILT CHRIS KOKINIS (CK PERFORMANCE ) AOD TRANSMISSION. THIS TRANS WAS BOUGHT FROM CHRIS SKALING AS PART OF KERRY SWEARINGER'S ESTATE A FEW YEARS BACK. IT WAS NEW THEN AND HAS LESS THAN 200 STREET MILES ON IT NOW. NO STRIP USE EVER. SPINS AND SHIFTS VERY NICE.

INTERNALS WERE SWAPPED OUT FOR THE BEEFIER 4R70W'S
DEEP, EXTRA CAPACITY PAN INSTALLED ( ALSO HAD BBE SWAIN COATING APPLIED TO REDUCE HEAT AND HAS TEMP. SENDING UNIT INSTALLED )
PROTORQUE 3000 CUSTOM BUILT NITROUS READY STALL CONVERTOR -- IS CORRECT FOR AOD AND CORRECT BOLT PATTERN FOR BBB FLEXPLATE
ORIGINAL BELL HOUSING WAS CUT OFF AND REPLACED W/ AN ULTRABELL MULTI GM BOLT PATTERN ( WILL WORK WITH GM AND BOP PRODUCTS )
FULL REVERSE MANUAL VALVE BODY
ELECTRIC TRANS BRAKE ( NEVER EVEN SEEN USE )
SWITCHABLE ON/OFF FOR OVERDRIVE
POLY TRANS MOUNT BUSHING
TRANSMISSION COOLER w/ FAN, AN FITTINGS, TEMP SWITCH, AND LINE PRESSURE GAUGE

THIS IS A BEAST OF A TRANS, BUILT TO HANDLE A CAR INTO THE 9'S, WOULD COST $5K+ TO BUILD NEW. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR AN OD TRANS THAT'S TRULY BUILT TO HANDLE THE POWER OF STOUT BBB THEN LOOK NO FURTHER -- MUCH BETTER THAN 200R4 OR 400/GEAR VENDORS OD SETUP.

INCLUDED IN THE SALE, IF DESIRED -- WOULD BE A 3" DRIVESHAFT w/ FORD RACING YOKE, SPICER JOINTS & A CUSTOM MADE TRANSMISSION X-MEMBER ( THESE ARE FOR THIS TRANS FITTED TO A GBODY, THEY MAY WORK IN SOME OTHER APPLICATIONS BUT I HAVE NO IDEA AND MAKE NO CLAIMS AS SUCH )

I CAN AND WILL PALLETIZE/CRATE THIS TO SHIP BUT WOULD SHIP THRU AND TO YOUR LOCAL FASTENAL, OTHERWISE BUYER WILL NEED TO HANDLE ON THEIR OWN. I HAVE ACCESS TO FORK TRUCK SO LOADING ISNT A PROBLEM. I WOULD SURMISE IT WOULD RUN AROUND $200 TO SHIP BUT PLEASE CHECK FOR YOURSELF.

Wish it would fit the Riv.

 

I'm not familiar with Rivs - what's stopping it? J/C.

 

Needs to be short tail shaft. Riv has the X frame and the tail shaft cannot stick back into the tunnel. + I'd have to get my new drive shaft cut if I did manage to pull it off.

 

Gotcha. Well poop. That's too bad cuz I'm really motivated to let this thing go for a song...
