I have the Digitail tailights. I love the sequential turn signals and the brightness of the taillights and brake lights. But, I have a problem with the brake light on the dash staying on the whole time I am operating the car. Also, the left taillight will glow when the car is completely off. My battery will die rather quickly and I have to recharge it. Would there possibly be a grounding problem ?

    Thanks for any help,

I'd tell you to pull the front off the tail light housing and see if that helps. The early boards did not have a good layer of "varnish" applied and are very susceptible to moisture issues. (this sounds a lot like what mine did). Also the boards aren't made exactly right and they keep the housings from sealing properly so if you wash you car on an incline (like my driveway) you will get water seeping back into the housings. If you do this for any length of time the boards will fail. Digitails replaced my boards back in the day and better/thicker varnish or not I used some heavy plastic sheeting and made some water shields for my tail light housings.

I will certainly try that approach.

    Thank You !
