Electrical connector under seat

    What is this chrome strip under one of the bucket seats I picked up. It has an electrical connector going to it.

    Brandon, it's probably a seat belt light switch. Some 1972's + later had them.

    Oldsmobile 1972 F85 (with 2nd type belt).

    Pontiac 1972 All Ventura (with bench seat).
