The place is a little expensive, so I just got the brackets and pulleys for now and not the entire alternator or pump. I got the three alternator brackets (bottom, thin top and piece to AC) and three power steering brackets (bottom and front / rear plates.

I could always go back and get the rest. Just don’t know condition of alternator and pump.

So with the top plate, it’s three pieces right? The Two end metal brackets and one plastic piece?

The thin brackets won’t work for a 455. Only the big aluminum one will. You need the two thin brackets from a 70 455. The long thin bracket for the alternator is not correct for a 455. The bottom bracket should be correct. Not sure about top AC bracket. I will check number later. If alternator is correct number it’s worth having. Easy to rebuild. Can get your more matching numbers. And yes you all pieces of radiator are needed

You should grab both the alternator AND the plastic radiator cover.

Selling those could recoup cash for what you need.

Upper and lower AC/alternator brackets are same for 455 and 350. Again not the thin alternator brace that is different on a 350 and unique for 70 455. It changed in 71

Hopefully you won't have cooling issues. If so, you could pick up a 20" 7 blade fan off of various GM 70's big cars from the yards. They will move more air, especially at idle.
