Hi everyone. I want to buy Buick Riviera and my friend recomended these two car auctions https://abetter.bid/en/car-finder/type-automobiles/make-buick https://sca.auction/en/search/type-cars/make-buick Anyone knows good auctions with Buicks where I you can bid? By the way checked several cars and seems like this one is a good car to bid https://abetter.bid/en/24994189-1968-buick-riviera .

It will require some work, but I think it's a good car. Ran VIN check for this Buick and it didn't show any damage https://www.epicvin.com/en/check-vi...t/reportView/db96a662c5fc2835286c30cff3015251
What do you think, should I bid?

VIN check isn’t very useful on old cars (and isn’t fail-safe on newer ones). The big issue with anything like that is ‘why is it there?’. I’d guess that with the ‘custom’ paint, no radio, no battery, and steel wheels, it was stolen. (I figure it had hoopty rims; that would explain the wonky suspension.) No matter what, rust and running condition are most important and that’s difficult to determine without in person inspection. Bid for the worst case scenario-so rusty you’d have to part it out...

Thank you for advice, I ordered the inspection, it actually had a lot of rust on it, decided not to risk
