Can anyone tell me what type of Ford this came from? It does say May 1974 in the
top left corner, so I would assume it is from a mid-70's car.

I cant tell from the info its not clear enough but would look to see which assembly plant its from and that should give you a good idea .Certain cars were only built at some plants .Not one plant made all models ,that should narrow it down a bunch..

Where would it show the plant?
I do see that it was biult on the 27th day of L month which it either November or December
depending if they used I. It is a 1975.

What other info can I post, engine tag number, body type, paint or trim?

Kevin, can you put it under a scanner, so the paper isn't wrinkled anymore and post the scan, using a remote hosting site like Photobucket?
That way you can post a much bigger image.

Or mail the scan to me :TU:

I have trouble figuring out if I have to search my Ford, my Mercury or my Lincoln info, because of the wrinkles.

    My guess right now is:
Model year 1975 Ford Granada 2 drs sedan, or a model year 1974 Lincoln Continental 4 drs sedan.

Because of the "May 1974" date, the Lincoln is more likely.
