Many thanks to Gallagher, Hugger and Chris in Forest Lake for getting my 76 455 updated with 70 heads and intake! I ran into a few hiccups, but I got it all settled and the engine is quite happy! I had to amend the throttle cable bracket, relocate vacuum for brake booster, and use a different carb base gasket to accommodate for a nasty vacuum leak that had me launching wrenches across the room. I also received a lovely exhaust manifold burn on my wrist for the trouble. But... It's finished. Amen... It's finally finished. Time to go see how serious the police are enforcing "stay at home".

Our Stay at home order explicitly states that you can "drive for pleasure"

The wife & I did just that the other evening. We put the top down on the convertible, drove through the Chick-Fil-A drive through, got some food & drinks and then drove up on top of a nearby mountain to an overlook and had supper as we watched the sun set. A few other people had the same idea but we were 20+ feet away from the closest car.

Thanks to you too for offer on the intake! Chris in Forest Lake was closer and had one so I grabbed it from him!
