This is out of my 1970 GS originally 350 car. I don’t see a stamping anywhere on the axle tubes but I believe this to be a 2.93 gear (though could be 2.73?). It’s an open carrier. I’m not a fan of tossing 50 year old usable parts in the trash so if someone can use it or parts from it let me know. I’d much prefer local pickup as I’m not looking to haul this thing around trying to get it shipped (my time is worth something at least to me).

If nobody wants it whole I’m willing to part out if pieces are wanted.

I need it out of my garage. It’s bulky and in the way.

Located in Lakewood, CO which is just west of Denver.

Come and get it. If you need/want more pics let me know.

I also have the drums from the 12 bolt I put under my car. They seem to be the same but unsure

I'm going to give this another week and then probably toss it. I may pull it apart depending on time.

I was in Denver at the BCA Nats and blew out of town on Sunday and forgot all about it. Sorry about that.

Looks like $200 to pallet it and ship via fastenal. Let me know if you’re interested or not. I have never pulled the drums or cover on it. I’d assume everything would need to be refreshed.

I'm a litle closer(San Antonio, Texas) and would take it if no one else is interested. Fastenal would work for me also, $200 isn't a problem.

I’ll let you know if the people above are no longer interested. I’d assume it would be cheaper to you but unsure yet without getting another quote.

If wovenweb, wants it I will step aside........I don't have a need for it at this time, just hate to see good parts trashed out

Please put me next in line.

I live 20 minutes from Lakewood, and the original 2.93 rear end in the GS that I'm restoring is so weathered that this one would be a big improvement.

Sounds like a better candidate than me to get it. Sorry to make you get the quote.

    Thank you Brian!

ilikebmx999, I can stop by to pick up the rear end anytime starting Monday July 16 (as I'm up in Laramie for Jubilee Days through this Sunday). My cell number is 303.564.1744. Thank you for offering this part!
