Ah, he'll settle down after he has his prune juice and vodka (known as a "pile driver") and watches today's rerun of the Lawerence Welk show.

I've mentioned this before, but I'm a high school teacher and all four of these guys were in my class over the last five years. You will not find a nicer group of guys, especially in their situation. They've gone from, well, kids sitting in a high school classroom to being the musical guests on SNL in less than two years. If any band has a chance of not letting it go to their heads, it's these guys. Like 'em or not, they absolutely respect and are extremely well-versed in musical history from the blues to jazz to rock. I'm certainly proud of what they've done.

Don't mind if people make fun of politics but not when they have a one sided agenda being agenda 21 where they want to take our cars from us among other VERY disturbing things outlined in that agenda!

Political satire on SNL is not new but it's barely been worth any laughs for soooo long it's not even worth the effort any more.

Besides how many times do you re-re-rehash the same President Trump jokes and expect to keep getting laughs from anyone.

It's not even good spirited political humor any more, they are playing a liberal agenda every episode I've tried to watch the last couple years, it's just a bit nauseating now...

The last couple years there has been a Republican in the white house. There is a direct correlation there..

Undoubtedly they lean to the left but the show had a field day with Clinton and Obama.

Without getting too political here Trump is a very easy target. Forget his agenda, it's the way he behaves.

Agreed, for the media and all late night comedy shows, Trump is the gift that keeps on giving.

There it is. Funny when its just humor. Not so much when its mean spirited and pushing a very biased agenda. Their hatred is so obvious. I want to be entertained. That is not entertainment. Besides that BS, there are very few skits that I find funny enough to waste an hour waiting for.

I still think they're overrated. I like the spirit of them but the songs don't interest me. Them Crooked Vultures did it better to my ears, and they were derivative as hell to boot.

I agree Them Crooked Vultures are pretty good. Also if werew talking about Zep-ish bands, we'd be remiss to not mention The Black Crowes.

But I stumbled onto Greta Van Fleet a few months before they were getting any press (around me or that I knew of anyway) while going down a deep dark rabbit hole on YouTube. It was this recording, and I was showing it to anyone that would listen saying these guys are gonna take off. I like it because I can get a better feel for a band from a live performance than a studio recording, and this one impressed me.
