Hey guys, Been a while since I posted a kill story, not that there havent been many kills between posts....:TU: I wanted to post this one due to the Audi TT RS being a very quick vehicle. I have found on line test reviews with 0-60's anywhere between 3.8 and 4.1 & 1/4 miles from 12.0 to 12.6 and I dont believe the 12.6, that seems high for a vehicle with those types of 0-60 numbers.....:Smarty: Either way... cool and quick vehicle Here's the Kill Story.... two lane city street and the TT goes by me on left side, I didnt even notice him till he was past me then I saw the RS badge. Well what do you know.... the upcoming light turned RED... it was a sign from the Buick Gods ray: I stop next to him, but left my front bumper short so it was at his passenger door. I did this strategically becasue my MT ET Streets are at the END of thier life..ou: so even with them I have to leave the hole cautiously. Plus, this way he's not sure if I want to GOOOO... so I launch and get the GSX where his front bumper is at my door, which was I'd say 20-30ft and about 10MPH and right at the same exact nano second we both NAILED it... Game on Like Donkey Kong...:blast: By the time I shift from 1st to second I pulled the remaining half car on him ... :3gears: and let her go into 2nd for a bit and let off, it was an area where someone could have pulled out and even though I upgraded my front disc's and rotors, the BEAST still doesnt stop like new vehicles. But hey.... I pulled on that RS, I was not walking away by any means, but I pulled.... :TU: He kept going past and at next light I was turing left, he gave a big :TU: Cool guy VinMan out.....
VinMan, This story makes me want to take my Buick out for a Kill. Was the TT RS driver solo or with passenger? Not that it matters, just curious if you embarrassed him even worse with a date/wife/lover, Ha Ha. Congrats!!!!!
Nice kill. And at least he was good about it. For me, there's nothing better than taking on some kid with his girlfriend in the car. I just love the look on the girl's faces when "that old man car" puts a whuppin' on their "hot" street car.
