Harrison Radiator Tag ID

I'm sitting at work today and it dawned on me that the closet radiator shop in about a 40 mile radius was just a block away from my courthouse.

At lunch, I grabbed the 3 row radiator - that's not original to the car - and dropped it off to have the guy check it for any leaks or clogging. I figured it was a good idea and couldn't hurt and since it's out of the car while I wait for parts, it made sense.

I saw this tag as I dropped it off and was curious if anyone can chime in and decipher it.

 

If its an aftermarket radiator, its probably just an ID tag from the manufacturer.

 

I know it's a Harrison because it's stamped on the side.

Would Harrison make an aftermarket radiator?

 

If that's the case, its probably the tag from whoever made the core
