After blasting my headlight buckets, I found the letters stamped on them "A" "B" "C" and "D" as well as "USA" . Anyone know if they go in order pass side to driver side or vice versa ? I've never even seen these before but blasting made them like new. Thanks for any help.:TU:

I only know it does matter because whoever put mine in, didn't get it right.
My passenger side bright light was vertical instead of horizontal.
So I got a set of used ones off ebay, (needed new stainless retainer rings anyway), and by trial and error figured out where they went.
Good luck unless someone else can give you exact placement.

Duane , I'm gonna buy you more than just a beer when we finally cross paths ! Thanks again. P.S. This is also a good sign as to how far the car is coming along. Reassembly is beginning !

    Kevin,
I am not going to tell you how I figured out the headlight bucket order. Let's just say I did it the hard way. Now I label everything.
