heater box. am I missing a spring?

I have the spring pictured and installed. Should there be another spring that goes somewhere on the hater box that I'm missing?

There is another spring on the flap that controls the defrost door. But not on that part you have pictured.

I'm looking at the defrost door and don't see where a spring would go. maybe someone will have a picture.
