Hugger (Ethan Mathis ) not a man of his word

Me and my dad have owned a business for 18+ years while not advertising even once mind you, and with that comes GIVE GIVE GIVE, getting screwed regularly, and doing most everything with no gratitude or acknowledgement from the recipient. I've given parts,money and time to many members here and others in not just the Buick Community but to everyone I can help on almost a daily basis be it because I want to, feel as if i should,or unfortunately being forced to due to someone wanting something for nothing. And to be having my integrity questioned by people who have never met me or know what I do or have done, based off this one incident is really starting to iritate me.

Just today I painted the rear bumper and decklid on a students car for the second time today because the color is retarded and doing it at school in a 3hr window rushing thru it both times has cost us. I told him $85 to make the repairs back when we first done it, so second time was free, and now the third time I will be doing at my shop Sat so I can get have time to get it right. All because I don't want my name attached to a bad color match. Gonna lose a Sat and about $150 out of pocket, be cause you guessed it doing it for nothing.

If you feel you can make an accurate decision on who am or what I'm about based on this situation with Bob , fine I'm not going to try and change your mind.

Chances are I've sold more than most, maybe even all of you in this thread in my short time here. Where's all the other guys complaints of my item descriptions? I've kept sales from happening on many occasions because I tell it so straight.

There's more I could say but I'm not, I'll just offer the same to whomever, I'll be in the grass selling some stuff this year or in the circle track working with the GSR class. Come on by and tell me how to be a better person.

 

My complaint here on this thread is not about an item description , its about you not keeping your word (for whatever reason ) hence the title .I'm not sure having a lot of positive feedback cancels out any negative, but that's ok if members of this forum feel that way. I'm sure in a lot of ways you are a good person , I'm just not seeing it in this situation . I started this thread to inform people of my experience dealing with you and I don't expect everyone to agree with me but hopefully it will help someone somewhere .I'm sure a lot of people don't want to leave a bad review ( including myself ) and just let it go, but I felt I had to, and I took some heat for it .

I hope you didnt feel any heat from this at least not from me because I didnt intend it that way. I do know Ethan and his Dad and I am positive they would never intentionally screw anyone over. But like everyone they want to be treated fairly as well. We all make mistakes for sure, but in the end I feel that the good we do outweighs our mistakes.

If you are in BG this year look me and my gang up in the circle track. Its all the beer you want (if you choose) and I will provide a steak dinner at the establishment of your choice for you in BG if you accept hanging out with some rednecks from South Georgia and the Chicago Italian Mafioso.

My comment was not directed at you , or anyone else in particular . Thank you for gracious invite but I will not be in BG this year as it conflicts with another Buick event I am a regular at ( cecil county MD ) I have no ill feelings toward Ethan , but I also would like to be treated fairly . That being said , unless someone has a question directly for me . I think it's time to give this thread a rest
