I have a 72 GS 455 and like to know which Idler Arm is correct straight or curved?

Currently it has a straight idler arm but on RockAuto they show both straight and curved for 1972.

I like to put on the correct one since the one currently on the was a replacement not the original.

My 72 GS455 was built in Flint, invoice date of January 6, 1972.

George, far as I know there is only 1 idler arm number for 1972. The pitman arm I think there was one for manual and a different one for PS. A pic of what you have would be helpful.

Maybe that's what Rock Auto says, the 1972 Buick parts book gives only 1 number.
