The link at Buick Performance no longer works. Are the instructions for doing this still on the web somewhere? I have my cluster completely loose, but cannot get enough room to pull the heater controls. Anyone that knows any tricks to remove this, please let me know. Thanks.

It sucks I know that. Even haphazardly ripping one out of my 72 that is getting "retired" still took me a while. If you have a column shift car don't forget to disconnect the linkage to the shift indicator.

Three important things once you have all dash screws out. Disconnect shift linkage, lower the column, disconnect speedo cable at the back of the speedometer.

Thanks All, The link above does work for me now. I will get back at it this afternoon. Looks like I need to get the speedo cable loose first. I was working on the heat AC controls last night. Bought my car just over a year ago, and have a lot of small things to repair.
