Those military huts are actually called Quonset huts, as they were first used (duh) at the Quonset Naval air station in Rhode Island. They are incredibly durable and make great garages except that you lose a lot of floor space due to the sloping walls. As long as the ends are either wide open or sealed completely closed, any wind short of about a category two tornado won't bother them (assuming that they and anchored to the ground).
Quonset huts. Those reminded me of Gomer Pile at basic training. LOL I dont know. just my first thought.

Hete in fort lauderdale we have a street with quonset hut houses. Concrete facades for the front door, quonset hut behind. I bettwr go snap a pic. Nice 60, dude.
