Looking for a 76 Free Spirit

If I bought it the whole interior would need to be swapped out or dyed black. That Blue & White int doesn't work for me.

 

If I find a replacement this one will be up for sale. I own 5 XJS Jaguars and my 77 Century. Have no where to store another car.

What is the diaphragm thingy below the upper rad hose with cable on one end and hose on the other?
