    Hello,
I am looking for a decent project car , prefer a 1964, 1965, 1970 1971 skylark or GS or Wildcat GS. My budget is under $10,000. I prefer a hard top. I live in Arkansas and hopefully there is something in the area.
    Thanks,
    Tom

Although it's not really the year or body style you are wanting, I've got a '72 GS 455 convert. project car I want to sell and will make the price right. I totally disassembled it in '96, and already restored the rolling chassis, has a freshly rebuilt numbers matching engine and transmission, all new steering and suspension. Also have fresh rechromed bumpers for it, all the small parts have already been sandblasted and painted (air cleaner, pulleys, brackets, bumper braces, etc. The body is I'd guess better than probably 90% of them that get restored.

Tim, wish I'd known before I bought my '71 350 conv. project. Mine is such a mess & although I really like it, only a crazy person would redo the car. I almost hate to ask and if the OP is interested I'm not trying to hijack his post, but PM me some details (color, options, price, etc) &/or email me some pics (I think you have my email address). Thx.

Thank you all for your response and help. I had a board member PM me with a project car that I just bought and brought home. 1970 GS455 Stage 1 4spd, bench, non number matching but Sloan documented. It is going to be a huge project. I hope I can come up with the money to do the restoration this car deserves.

    Thanks again!
    Tom

We have several parts we may be selling, not much for '70 specific, but alot of parts that fit 70-2. Stuff like the following NOS:quarter panels, outer wheelhousings, fenders, trunk lid, door skins, emblems, marker lights, wheel opening moldings, rocker moldings, quarter glass weatherstrips, door jamb vents and switches, inside and outside door handles, window crank handles, wiper switches, headlight switches, radio, radiator caps and overflow reservoir, water pump bypass hoses, wiper motors and windshield washer pumps, wiper blades, etc.
