Your gonna need more info than that to find it, like a VIN. Also, there were no factory stage 2 cars, the stage 2 package was purchased from the dealership parts department and installed on the car by the individual owner/racer. Well maybe there were a handful of factory stage 2 cars, someone else here will certainly clarify that.

Unfortunately I do not have the vin number for the car or anything. All i have is old pictures from when my father owned it before he flipped it. It was a factory stage 2 car purchased from geis in peekskill ny. My father had ordered it when he was in the army in korea and when he returned back home he picked up the car and drove it home. There were never any additional parts added and was a factory stage 2. Trust me I didn't believe him either but surprisingly its true. It had a hurst 4 speed. Was a blue color 2dr hardtop.

I live about 5 miles from the former Geis dealership & have never heard anything about the car. I moved up here in 1981 and my sister moved up here in 1975. How long did he own the car for?

It would be very cool if you could scan those pictures and post them here.
Id love to see a piece of Buick History like that.
Is it possible the dealer added the stage 2 options?

It is possible that the dealer added the stage 2 package before my father had bought the car. He bought it from the former geis and had the car until about 74 or 75 when he flipped it. Then it was stored at a gas station behind the building on water street in peekskill where someone stole the rims and the air cleaner off of it and then my father never saw the car again. According to him the owner of the gas station was a robert reynolds. Id love to track down this car to see if its still around or what ever ended up happening to it

All you need is to find a relative in the town. One would not easily forget a car like this. It has to be a dealer installed stage 2 deal though. Nevertheless it is a significant car. Someone may have the engine sroed in a barn even if the car was crushed.

Now that would be a cool story. If someone actually realized what they had. How many sets of stage 2 heads were ever produced anyway?

If you do talk to the guys that worked there. They might remember the car when my father had first bought it because he brought it back about a dozen times because it had a problem where it would pop out of second gear everytime he went around certain corners. Which was eventually fixed by geis. back in 71 or 72
