Main. Cap halo

Hey guys, wondering if anybody has run the jjust the halo on the main caps and if the ta 7 quart pan would clear it. Also , would you. Need to machine the main caps to fit it. Thanks

 

Yes the caps need to be cut and line honed,also pan needs to be built for halo.I have a alum SRE external pick-up pan for$400.00 if interested. Tom

 

I’m pretty sure hugger ran a halo only on one of his engines. Think it might of been with the procharger too.

I run one also. Same thing, cut the caps and line honed. I'm using a Stefs Fabrication aluminum pan with internal pickup.

 

Ran just the halo with a TA deep pan and had no issues.
