This Sunday is rained out. Any PSMCDRacers coming out to Milan next Sunday??

We'll be there and the Dodge will have illegal tires out back to see what the small block can really do pushing that brick thru the air.

They run T&T during the bracket program, but I'll be running in No Box Sportsman eliminations. C'mon in! The water's fine! Try your hand at leaving the hood closed and be consistent!

No real danger of me watching an sports. But no real desire to hang at the track while it rains

I think I am going to be at US 41 in Morocco, IN tomorrow. Took the back wheels/tires off of my wife's Firebird to see if the bias ply's hook better than my BFG's. Should be fun.

Great day. All new personal bests for the '74. Changes since Stanton were (1)putting the bias ply tires from the Firebird on and (2) cutting the intake 50 thousandths as the heads had been planed when the engine was built before I got the car and when putting back together before the race I found out the intake had not. I barely got it back on for the race as it sat up too high on the heads. Since the water pump was getting replaced and the radiator was drained I took the intake back off and took care of it. Best ET at Stanton of 14.92 @ 92.5 with a 2.20 60ft. on BFG tires. Today after some tuning I had a 14.78 run, 14.73 and the last pass of 14.67 @ 93.40 with a 2.07 60ft. No power shifting yet.

Hit THREE new personal "bests" at Milan today!!

    ET: 13.06
    MPH: 103.40
    60' : 1.84

Guess I have to update my signature!

Went out in the third round today. Had issues at the light with the GTS creeping in the beams. Needed just one more win and I would have been taking home some $$dough$$. :dollar: Wait'll next week! We'll hit it again! BTW: This was done on PSMCDR illegal rubber! heh heh heh
