One of my co-workers just bought a sweet 1970 Plymouth Cuda (life long dream -- fully restored 440 ) - but he's a total greenhorn. I told him how helpful the V8 Buick community has been for me. Does anyone know of a good board for "his kind" ?? He wants to get a vintage air system installed -- I warned him he needs to find a good shop in his area so they don't hack it up... need to get him pointed in the right direction.

I always thought Cudas and Barracuda were first A bodies and, starting for 70, E bodies.

Given the value of that car, I wouldn’t do something like adding a non original
    system.

It's not my car @newmexguy so I'll leave that to him.

Of course. But given the six figure, and a few seven figure values, one should think long and hard before
deviating from complete originality with the 70 - 71 E Bodies.

The A and B body only sites are the busiest, compared to the E only one...

E-bodies.org is the best for the Cuda & Challenger. Cody Reich is the owner, an honest man & there is basically no crap that goes on in the forum. He & his wife Jeni have an amazing collection as well.

    https://forum.e-bodies.org/index.php

The owner of one of the bigger ones listed above takes what he calls a sponsorship fee yearly to advertise, but I call this a flat out bribe as it gets the payer the service of having all negative posts about them deleted within 24 hours. I have personally witnessed this at least a dozen times. ALL about one "bottom feeder" in my industry!

By the way...I got banned from that "bigger site" for questioning the integrity (or lack thereof) of the owner about this practice. I used a few colorful words describing what he was doing as greedy & not caring about the fine folks in our hobby who needed to be warned.

    God Bless
    Bill
