Mounting a 1970 GSX Door

When I remount a door, do I attach the weatherstripping on the door perimeter first or put the weatherstripping after on the door after the gaps and position is correct?

Thank you. I will remove the weatherstripping.

 

I agree with the after as well. It will make it harder to adjust if installed first.
