Does anyone have a input shaft that they could measure the length of the pilot part of the shaft. I looked on google couldn’t find a dimension diagram. My machinist needs it to make a pilot bushing for the crank of the motor he’s building me. Thanks.

Are you looking for the non-splined part of the very tip of the input shaft? I have a 71 M21 sitting in the garage that I can measure once I know exactly what you need.

Exactly the length of the non splined part.

Here's the face of the step to the edge of the bearing surface. Also, only the shiny part of the pilot bushing area and the width of the shaft for comparison.
