Nothing done on the 350, not sure what I'm gonna do with it yet. I may have to switch body shops on my 67 Skylark project, he's just way too slow and is bogged down with other cars.
My good friend Wayne just purchased this very nice rust free 1971 Mercury Cougar XR-7, with a 351 Cleveland :TU: Tell me this pics doesn`t look like circa 1972  The Buick and the Mercury will be cruising together soon :TU:
real anxious to see how the decklid fits.. Mine hangs low on the one side and my body guys says I should maybe look at finding a different trunk lid as someone already did some repairs on it.. Dan C.
I pulled the frame and swapped it with my finished 1969 Chevelle Frame. No worries, it`s just a temporary frame until I restore the Buick Frame. These wheels are just rollers too. Once the frame is restored, I will jump back on the body. The body still needs... the door hinges to be rebuilt, the doors to be dipped, and the cowl section repaired and lots of hours block sanding. The rear bumper will be traveling to Bowling Green in a few weeks to to meet up with Rusty Davenport. This 1970 Bumper will get the N25 cut outs :TU: I am still in search of 2 clean front fenders, and 1970 Radiator Support. I already have a clean rust free hood :TU: Yep, you guessed it, it`s getting a "Stage 2" Scoop :TU: Pics.....
Pat, WOW... Crazy Rays is 15 minutes from my house. Too Bad I didn't know you then. I could have met you to pick up the grille... p Great find... Dan... I'm glad someone bought that baby back to life! Your doing the job RIGHT! Tom
Update..... shipping my rear Bumper to GS Nats. Rusty Davenport is doing is Magic, it`s getting the N25 cut outs on a 1970 Bumper :TU:
