hit a wall..so moved to a Pontiac motor..found an intake and drive set up 10 minutes after i started looking...i really wanted the nailhead..but this set up will be just fine..
BDS uses my intake and machines the top off. As far as the Hellsgate folks, I usually see them at the Portland swap meet but they didnt seem to be there this year.
they want 1400 for an intake...i understand the costs associated with a low production part.. i bought the whole pontiac intake with the drive and crank hub pulleys etc, with every piece but the blower, with an extra BDS intake..for $1000..i just couldnt pass it up i have to admit..i'm still looking for a nail head blower intake..lol...but when i find one..we will see where i am with the project
10 months to find one..I never had to hunt so hard for anything....but all that counts is I got one..
