I`m pretty sure I know what to do but I thought it`s best to ask before I start taking things apart. The temp selector switch lets engine vaccuum pull the heater control valve open no matter if it is in the hot or cold position. Engine is pulling 15-18 inches so I suspect a bad seal. Any tips on changing this out without......... pulling the dash pad and cluster panel?
