John is an honourable guy who is really into his classic cars. He's had a few GS's and owns a 60 Electra among other cars as well. He also likes his Oldsmobiles. He is the guy who unearthed the StageIII 4 bolt 455 block (hence the name) and from what I can see is an honest guy to deal with. I get the feeling that he doesn't suffer fools too easily but appreciates a straight shooter (as do we all). I will be very surprised if he doesn't do all he can to help your friend...and then some.
