So in my effort to correct yhe many years of things done halfway or wrong on my car by previous owners I've gotten rid of the small aluminum radiator with seperate trans cooler that was with the car and got a T/A performance one with the trans cooler. It's awesome in it's cooling capacity and fit so I can now have a proper fan shroud instead of nothing because the upper rad support was butchered to hold the small radiator. Previous owner took the stock th350 lines and bent them between the long tube headers and the engine and where they pop out above the oil filter he cut the lines and ran rubber hose to the front of the ac condenser where he had a pep boys small trans cooler zip tied crooked to said condenser.
Anyways so reading up on threads its no suprise with headers trans lines must be redone. I really like the idea of running some flexibles through the frame rail. Problem is i have no experience with the stuff or the fitting sizes to understand what I need. Can anyone basically hold my hand with this and tell me what I need with maybe a link? Once I have a working solution I can figure out why it works and try to understand the different adapter and fitting names and sizing specifications.
