Need help to identify shifter

hi, I picked this up this hurst competition/plus3138 shifter w a 5335 handle this week and was told it was for 66/67. Been trying to decode and I come up with May 70 based on the first three digits 050 but not sure. Anyone know what it is?

 

The rubber grommet style fingers started in 1970. All of that looks just like mine.
