need more help and info

couple of questions for you guy's.

1. does anybody make a new rear seat frame for a 70 convertible GS? (I don't believe so)
2. Can you take a new coupe frame and cut and splice it down to fit? And make it look right. Does anyone do that?
3. I have the make max power for Buick rebuild book but is there a general rebuild book. I want torque values and patterns for assemble. I have the factory assembly manual but it shows general stuff.
