Did you bench bleed the master? There should be a rubber hose from the frame to the axle, follow the lines back to the master. Look for any kinks.

My 70 had the same problem
It ended up being the rubber hose on rear end was bad internally

I thought it might be that, didn't know for sure if it had a hose in the rear.car is low gonna try and jack it up see if I can squeeze under there.i bench bled, the rear fluid res goes to front brakes, the frontres goes to rear.i bled the front brakes first,as soon as I did I knew it was wrong.but ....I changed the lines still no fluid from rear brakes, probably rubber hose is bad, thanks

put new brake hose on the rear, new lines from master to rear wheel cyl's.hose stopped up.put 5 foot line, plus a 30 inch line with coupling to rear junction block.from block to each wheel used 5 foot line on each.fluid is now coming thru, now gotta bleed the rear first, then the front.jacked up the rear, had just enough room to slide under and hook it all up.a buddy is coming over to help bleed the brakes, then gonna start it up,been sitting for a couple years.be good to drive it again.also if I ever get it ready for paint, think i'm gonna go creamy white, white headliner, the rest of interior be red.brake lines were really quite simple, just dredded getting under there I guess.
