No fake patina here!

    I actually found this kit on top of somebodys garbage on my route. I had this idea, but with no time, I handed it to a bud of mine. The idea was to keep the 49 year old paint intact. I say he nailed it!

    Cool! He did a nice job. I have quite a few model cars that I built in the early-mid 60s. A lot of parts and some incomplete. I may try to sell them.

    hmm, never thought about model patina, but thinking about it, I guess you could have model patina. Very cool 66 Impala SS model there.

    Nows that's coincidence, I'm working on the Revell '66 Impala SS at the moment.

    I'll post pics when I'm finished- assuming its up to standard!

    I had to buy Revells kit for the chassis on this. The original wasn't salvageable. Post pics when you can!
