    You guys know me and boats. Yesterday, Pat calls on her way home from shopping and say getcher coat on Ill be right there. Theres the biggest ship Ive ever seen in Manitowoc harbor on the wall.

    This is the LCS 15 USS BILLINGS (Luke submitted the name and won LOL). Just launched in July of 2017. , they are doing final sea trial and fueling before delivery to the US NAVY... 750,000 gallons of fuel (actually measure as "tons" of #1 diesel) for the twin gas turbine propulsion engines with water jet drives. All aluminum built at Marinette Ship in Marinette by General Dynamics... Read this:

    The green tug below was there to assist in the harbor. Its a sister ship to the LAUREN CASTLE that my dad sank on in 1980.

    All aluminum, and gas engine, must not need deep water to get around
