I bought a frame off resto and the pan is flat.
minimum oil pressure is 30lbs. :)

Can i get the pan swapped out without separating motor and trans. while still in the car?

    Cheers!

Yes. You will need to remove fan and shroud. And lift engine up to clear. Do not jack on harmonic balancer. It’s rubber is old. It may slip. 30 psi hot at idle? That would be good

Dent yours out. 350 pans are hard to find. I don't think stock pans are reproduced.

New stock pans are unavailable, best to repair yours.

If it's dented up really bad and your going to fix it by welding and beating it a lot you will need to keep it bolted to a block to use as a fixture otherwise if repaired off of the motor it will never bolt on right and or seal up as needed, ask me how this guy who was once a stupid teen knows this, lol!
