    Hello,

I installed a one-wire alternator and I find that It is draining my battery overnight? I read on the chevelle forums that this is a common problem with one-wire alternators. Can anyone provide insight? maybe I missed something obvious in my wiring?

Could be a faulty diode trio

I haven't had that issue yet 'knock on wood'. I installed a 200amp 1 wire in my 70 and it's doing very well. I wired mine up to the starter and kept the voltage regulator hooked up.
