Yes, the kickdown switch is just above the gas pedal "z" bar next to the steering column.

 

No luck, mine was dry rotted and would break soon as you put it back on. Sorry

 

Here are some photos of those manifolds, no cracks that I could see and are off an Arizona car that sat more then on the road. Joe
