Don't be like that, your car looks excellent. :TU: Are you sure you are going to sell it??? Think about that a bit, won't get much in this market plus replacing it down the road will be tough.

I have tried to do a shot like that in my car, but my friends aren't camera savvy got lots of the back half and lots of the front half but none of the whole car... I could do the pic but would seem kinda odd with someone else driving, right??

Thanks Tim, yeah I'm pretty sure. I won't give it away though. I have to spend some time over the winter to add up my "investment" over the years and set a price in my mind, then see what things look like in the spring.

The panning technique isn't really that difficult. Set the exposure to about 1/50th of a second and pan with the car, following though as the car comes into the frame. I used multiple burst shots to make sure at least some came out. :puzzled:

Thanks Azeem, it's a relatively new Canon 7D, but I've got around 6,000 pics taken on it so far, since March of this year  .
So much depends on having good glass (lenses) to work with. I used 2 different ones for these pics, a 70-200 f/2.8 and a 17-55 f/2.8, and they both did creditable jobs.

yeah I know, easy for us but some people have issues with stuff like that...even with decent camera and tripod...LOL

I think you'll find the pricing to be a shocker....even with my car being a 350 car to start, people run it down (makes them feel good I suppose), Buick guys are bbb snobs...LOL
