I see that I can easily get a pressure hose for a 69/70 but not 68 (no one seems to carry it -- tried several Buick sites etc). I know I can have it made locally but would rather get an off the shelf Gates (or similar) hose as I wouldn't mind getting all new fittings etc and the price will be less. Does anyone really know what's different? I might just buy the 69 hose and see if it fits but I thought someone might have some experience? -- thanks
I found and Edelman brand on Rock Auto. With that part number in hand, my local parts supplier was able to get the same hose for a couple bucks less and it fit fine.
