Taller ball joints improve the camber gain.

Yes, you definitely need to add a lot of shims if you are positive camber now. I've got a -0.5° camber on mine and +5° caster on my cars. When you cut the wheel all the way to one side, you can see the outside wheel really plants it like a motorcycle. As a result, I've stopped rubbing off the outer edges of my tires so fast.

Yeah the only reason I didn't go with the taller ball joint is the ride height. I lowered mine enough and I don't want to go any lower. But I'm also going with your same alignment specs as well as a 1/16 total toe

Tall upper ball joints don't change ride height, only the lower ones and I didn't do lowers taller.

I thought you were talking about the lower ball joints.

So here it is lowered in the front, new tubular control arms with a 2 inch drop built in, 2 inch drop springs, and kyb gas a just shocks, big new sway bar, and all new steering. I'm going to do the back next week on a lift. Working on the ground in the hot florida sun sucks!

I'll tell you in a few days, still have to torque some parts and align it.
