Hey guys, I wanted to know if there is a detailed thread or piece of free information you guys can recommend me how to rebuild my carb. Thanks! Someone recommended me the book on how to rebuild them but I want something shorter and more to the point.

and also the best rebuild kit out there is?

It is more than rebuilding. It needs to be calibrated to your engine combination. What Q-jet do you have? Part number?

The one off a 74 455, I have to pick it up at my storage unit tomorrow to start disassembly and then I'll have the part number.

Get it rebuilt by Ken at Everyday Performance you will not be disappointed!! He's very thorough and its worth the money. Like Larry said he'll calibrate it to your specs, he even asked me what size rims and tires I was running.
